  not sure how I feel about this merger yet. my initial reaction is that it’s two of the worst airlines joining forces to be the biggest worst airline. if jetblue and virgin joined forces, I’d immediately buy their stock. but I get the sense that Delta and Northwest decided it would be in their best interest to share their loses in hopes of staying afloat.
